AVK Invicta

AVK has purchased the majority shareholding in Invicta Valves Ltd. AVK’s trading history with Invicta stretches back over 20 years, during which time they have become an important partner as a supplier of added value services.

Invicta are a well respected and recognised service provider in the valve and actuator market and will operate under their own brand and continue to develop and expand their successful range of valve solutions to the utility and industrial markets. Invicta offer a range of services which currently include:-

• Supply and Installation
• Valve and Actuation Packages
• Technical On Site Service and Support
• Provision of ancillary equipment

Invicta, as a standalone business will complement the existing AVK product and service offer particularly through the water utility AMP5 programme, where we anticipate major changes in expenditure and an increasing need for specialised technical support in the supply chain. For Invicta Valves, the AVK acquisition extends the opportunity to promote services to a broader base of customers as well as providing the necessary funding for future expansion.

For those of you already familiar with the Invicta business, all your familiar contacts within the business will remain within the company. John Sutcliffe remains Managing Director and we wish him and his team a very warm welcome into AVK and every success for the future.
